About Me

This blog serves as a platform for me to express my interests through my unique perspective, shaped by my humanist, anthropological, and humanitarian worldview. I delve into and create visual media that highlights the intriguing facets of humanity that often go unnoticed, particularly in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, where a diverse population thrives. My travels have also broadened my horizons and introduced me to the wonders of the world beyond my immediate surroundings.

Contrary to the common inclination to seek familiarity and safety, I believe that embracing the unknown and exploring the fascinating world around us can lead to profound personal growth and enlightenment. My passion for natural history, science, anthropology (encompassing all four subfields), and the rich culinary traditions that offer insights into diverse cultures have been the driving forces behind my life’s journey.

Having resided in Los Angeles for most of my life, I have been profoundly influenced by the city’s remarkable diversity. My academic background in anthropology, with a specialization in archaeology, has provided me with a solid foundation to explore these topics. I hold a B.A. from California State University Dominguez Hills and an M.A. from California State University Northridge.

Through this blog, I aim to share my perspectives and experiences, encouraging readers to embrace the wonders of the world and discover the fascinating aspects of humanity that lie just beneath our collective noses.
